About us
Connecting lives across seas since 2010
Every box carries a story
A balikbayan box is more than a delivery. It is groceries for the family, school shoes for a niece, a gift for a parent’s birthday, packed with care by someone who works hard far away from home.
We have shipped these boxes from Switzerland to the Philippines since 2010. Over the years we have learned every step of the journey, from pickup in Zürich and Geneva to customs in Manila and the last kilometre to your family’s door.
That experience lets us keep things simple for you: one clear price, a pickup at your door, and updates you can follow online.
Our mission
To provide a seamless and heartfelt service that delivers not just packages, but the bond shared between sender and receiver.
Our vision
To be the first choice for balikbayan box delivery, always improving and reaching further, so no distance is too far.
