What the price includes
Pickup at your door in the greater Zürich and Geneva areas, insurance, and delivery to the receiver’s home. Prices are for a regular balikbayan box.
About transit times
Times are typical door-to-door estimates. Customs checks, holidays and weather can add a few days.

Before you pack

Packing list and conditions

Every box needs a packing list. Download it, fill it in, and hand it to us with your box at pickup.

No firearms, ammunition, illegal drugs or anything that can burn or explode.
List everything in the box on the packing list. Undeclared or restricted items are not allowed.
You authorise us and our partner in the Philippines to clear your box through customs and settle any duties or charges due.
Boxes not claimed and paid for within 3 months are forfeited to cover costs. Storage fees apply during that time.
